Thank you for shopping with us! Since all of our pullovers and custom t-shirts are made to order, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Custom Products
All items are custom-made based on your design or selection. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the item
A brief description of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Size Issues
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the mistake was made on our end.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
5. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
